Over the latter part of this term, students in Year 3 and Year 4 have been learning about the text structure and language of recipe writing.

To show their learning in an engaging way, students created their own recipes for filled Easter Eggs.

Some chose to use egg shaped templates and others chose to use a conventional page layout. I think you will agree that there are some pretty creative individuals in the 3/4. 

Some of us do have a very sweet tooth!
