This term, Grade 7 students have been learning foundational skills in hand building with clay. They designed and created their own clay tiles, experimenting with a range of textures and compositional techniques. The project encouraged creative exploration while developing technical confidence in working with ceramic materials.  Each tile reflects the student’s individual design choices and growing understanding of form, surface, and tactile qualities.
