Our Secondary students were pleased to get back into the kitchen again last week.   Students prepared a very colourful Pasta Primavera, with the results tasting as good as they  smelled.  

The word “primavera” means springtime in Italian. In an era before out of season produce and cooking was commonplace, pasta primavera was the recipe to use for the best and brightest of spring vegetables.
